Great find. A little off the main street, but the locals love it. Great homemade food, soups sandwiches and salads. Nice little outdoor patio.
Service was super friendly and very efficient. I love the gluten-free and vegan options.

We stopped here because it sounded more interesting than fast food. I ordered the Curry Chicken wrap and my wife ordered the Chicken & Brie wrap. Once they arrived we swapped half with each other (why else get married if not to share food?).  My Chicken Curry was tasty but we both thought the Chicken Brie was bland.  Overall we enjoyed the quick stop here and felt like we got good value for the dollar and healthy food. I would come back.

This small restaurant is great for fresh daily baked items , soups, sandwiches, paninis ,
quiches and frittatas. Simply fresh , well seasoned , delicious basic food. I love their daily soups, the tuna panini with dill mayo and crunchy pickles is so yummy. Sometimes I stop by and order food
To go to take on a picnic or take along fly fishing .there is a small patio that's open  during warmer months.

Harvest Cafe is a low key, laid back cafe in the heart of Canmore. They're mainly a soup and sandwich kind of place along with your typical cafe drinks.

Menu consists of breakfast wraps/sandwiches and hot/cold beverages. Note, there's a huge water jug with glasses at the front which is self serve. To the side is their lunch offerings which are heartier wraps and sandwiches.

They have a small pastry case which has a couple different types of squares, bars and cinnamon buns (only on Saturday).

    - Biscuits ($0.95) and chewy cookie ($0.60) - we mainly came here to grab after ski drinks (aka. coffee) before heading back home but tried a couple baked goods. The biscuit was dry and tasteless but the chewy cookie was better.

I've been here a previous time where we ordered a couple of breakfast wraps before hitting the slopes and wasn't impressed at all. The portions are meager and I remember my hangover wrap ($7.20) as being 90% scrambled egg and tasteless. I took out half the egg and was left with a laughable amount of ingredients.

People seem to love this place though as there's been a mini lineup both times that I've visited. If you want to carb load up, then this place is perfect. Otherwise, if you're looking for a tasty place to eat, I'd look elsewhere.

The chicken and Brie lunch wrap was surprisingly filling when paired with a small bowl of butternut squash soup. Atmosphere is uber-casual and laid-back. Fair trade drip organic coffees are self-serve. For a quick bite, A-OK.
